A dynamic science bases class that incorporates the latest in scientific training principals with the best of centuries of training techniques. Martial Fit is a science based fitness program that incorporates strength, stability, flexibility, and coordination. The program is designed to work for those just starting on their fitness journey and those who have been exercising regularly. All of the workouts and exercises can be modified for the participants fitness level. All the workouts are designed to combine the latest scientific knowledge of exercise science with techniques that have been tested and tried for centuries. It is a dynamic group class that will be motivating, educational, and give great results.
